Gold Coast Snake Species

The Gold Coast & Scenic Rim is considered as home to approximately 24 different species of snake. These snakes range from nonvenomous pythons & tree snakes to species which are renown for being some of the most toxic on the planet, such as the Eastern Brown Snake. The following snake species can all be found within the Gold Coast and Scenic Rim areas.
